Необходимо внести правки в файлы:
\company\news\index.php
Сменить вызываемый шаблон на news_custom
Добавить $arParams SIMILAR_TYPE => NEWS
\projects\index.php
Сменить вызываемый шаблон на projects_custom
Добавить $arParams SIMILAR_TYPE => PROJECTS
\articles\index.php
Сменить вызываемый шаблон на articles_custom
Добавить $arParams SIMILAR_TYPE => ARTICLES
