The following communication rules are adopted in the Bitrix24 portal for prompt and transparent interaction on projects:

All correspondence related to a particular task is necessarily kept in the comments to that task. This allows all project participants (executors, co-executors, observers) to have access to the discussion history, see the decision made and participate in the process.

If you need to discuss a general issue that applies to the entire project (but not to one specific task), use group chat. This way, team members can quickly see new messages and share information without affecting private channels.

Do not use private messages with ITL employeesDo not use private messages with ITL employees to discuss work-related issues related to a project or a specific task.

The only exception is if it is some urgent personal information that is not intended for public discussion or correspondence with a company manager.

Even then, the summary or key details are then moved to task comments or general chat to avoid "losing" the information.

Following these rules simplifies teamwork and allows any team member to review project progress, history of issues and decisions made at any time.
